1. General Information

All soaps are handcrafted in small batches using a goat’s milk base. Each bar is unique - so color, size, and scent may vary which is natural and expected.

2. Ingredients Listing

We list all ingredients used in our soaps. Ingredients are listed in order from most to least in the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to review ingredients prior to purchase and use.

3. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

• Our soaps are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Keep away from pets and children unless supervised.

• Some ingredients, including essential oils, may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions.

 

4. Essential Oils, Scent & Appearance

• Our soaps are scented with essential oils, which naturally may fade over 4–6 weeks.

• Improper storage (exposure to heat, humidity, moisture or sunlight) may cause color fading or glycerin dew (a harmless moisture buildup on the soap).

• Where this may change the appearance, these are normal characteristics of handcrafted soap and do not affect the safety or quality of the product.

 

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No statements on our website or product descriptions have been evaluated by the FDA.

6. Humor & Branding

Our soaps have fun, cheeky names and descriptions (because life’s too short for boring soap). These names and descriptions are meant for humor and entertainment only. If you are easily offended, we kindly suggest choosing your soap based on ingredients, not names. Or do not purchase at all.

7. Liability Limitation

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Ewe Stink Soap Co., its owners, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any damage, injuries, or losses that may result from the use or misuse of our products. Use is at your own risk.

8. Orders, Payments & Shipping

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary; we are not responsible for postal delays once the package is shipped.

• We currently only ship within the USA.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution. Any damaged items must have documented evidence before a refund can be accepted.

All branding, logos, product names, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ewe Stink Soap Co. They may not be copied, used, or distributed without our written permission.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia and the USA.
